All products at our market are produced, grown, prepared, or created by local producers. Considerations for Membership are accepted at any time of the year and membership runs from 1 May to 30 April each year.

Market Fees

Annual Membership $40.00
Weekly Stall Fees $15.00 or Annual Fee $400.00. We also have a one time guest vendor fee $25.00

Who can be a member of Frontenac Farmers Market?

Anyone who is a local producer based vendor. We accept vendor made, vendor grown, vendor produced products only.
(As long as we don't have too much of the same product already)

I can't come every Saturday?

It is in everyone's best interests to have a good selection of vendors and products for each market day. But if you cannot come to market every week or have a product line that isn't available year round, we expect that.

What is local?

Local is defined as within a 200km radius of Verona, Ontario (approximate)

Don't have time to come on Saturdays?

We permit Sales Agents. These are FFM members who are going to market anyway so they have agreed to carry product for others.

Why become a member?

You and your product are advertised at the market and on the web for the entire year.
We are one of the few markets in this area that are open for almost the entire year
We have a several promotional processes already in place - a website, signage, indoor space, outdoor space, materials, email list
Our membership rate is low and includes the website - Our weekly stall fee is low
We have a regular customer base

Does FFM jury products?

Yes we do have an informal and casual jury process. Our market prides itself on quality, localness and vendor produced. We have to be sure it meets those requirements and that we have "space" for new products. Other than that we are easy to please.
